There is no difference in term of Avg Resp, Avg Proc when Outlook loading fast & slow Outlook.exe /safe fixes just for a day or after a few closing/opening, Loading profile comes back again. After it is connected, everything is normal.

After upgrading in house Exchange 2016 from CU5 to CU7, I noticed all Outlook 2016 CTR stuck at Loading Profile for more than 60 secs.
